Fiscady ("we", "us") offers data management solutions designed to streamline your records and reporting workflows. By accessing or using our Services, Info Products, or Goods, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of Services

Our offerings include:

• Subscription-based data processing and reporting Services.
• Digital guides and tools (the "Info Products").
• Physical manuals and hardware components (the "Goods").

3. Info Products

Info Products are delivered electronically via download links. Access is granted upon payment confirmation.

4. Goods

Goods are shipped to the address you provide. Delivery times vary by destination.

5. Refund Policy

At Fiscady, we strive for customer satisfaction. Please review the provisions below:

• Services: Eligible for refund or reschedule within seven days of purchase, provided no significant usage has occurred.
• Info Products: Generally non-refundable once the download link is accessed, unless a defect or error is confirmed.
• Goods: Returnable within thirty days of delivery in original condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Service Refund and Rescheduling

You may request a refund or ask to reschedule service delivery by contacting us via our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within ten business days. Rescheduled sessions must occur within thirty days of the original date.

Info Product Defect Claims

If an Info Product contains an error, contact us via our contact form. Upon verification, we will provide a corrected version or issue a refund. All claims must be made within fourteen days of purchase.

Goods Returns

To return Goods, contact us via our contact form for a return authorization. Once we receive and inspect the items, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within ten business days.

Certain on-demand workshop recordings are sold as final sale and are not eligible for refunds due to their immediate access nature. This policy ensures content integrity and prevents unauthorized sharing.

6. No Warranty

All offerings are provided "as is". We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fiscady will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services, Info Products, or Goods.
